Vadodara Innovation Council is the first and only-city-based Innovation Council under National Innovation Council (NInC). VIC is founded in May 2011, now it is a registered as a 'not-for-profit' company under section 8.

Tod-Fod-Jod is a Vadodara Innovation Council (VIC) endeavour to provide resources, methodologies, inspiration and mentors to students, education institutes and parents so they can apply and create an ecosystem for Tod-Fod-Jod in schools, communities and homes.
InnoTalk is insightful interaction with an expert and innovator. Vadodara Innovation Council has been organising it usually on Sunday, once a month. Since 2011, more than 75 such InnoTalks have been executed. Few key speakers are: Nipun Mehta, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Sam Pitroda, Dr Amit Mehta, Dr Binish Desai, Paresh Parekh, Padma Shri Balbeersingh Seechewal, Dr Gopichand Katragadda, Himanshu Patel.
For genuine Innovators, VIC offers help in different advisory services on technical, legal, finance and getting the support from different Government schemes and recommend them to state or national level.
